I had the crab, shrimp and avacado melt with the salad on the side and my fiance had the mushroom Swiss beef pot roast dip with fries. It was absolutely amazing. I wish I had gotten the salad recipe as I would like to have it again ( I live in Florida). Our waiter was awesome & we got to see some wildlife in the parking lot . If I’m ever back in Colorado again I will definitely make this one of my stops.

I think you should stop reading and make your way to the Red Diamond ASAP! It’s a gem, food does not get any better than this. I got the Swiss melt which was freaking fire. And my friends got the Bbq pulled pork Mac and the Beef patty melt, both dishes had no business being that good. AND HONEYS BUTTERMILK PIE WAS HEAVENLY. I would make the drive from Omaha Nebraska to Woodland Park on a weekly basis if it was possible.

What a hidden gem. nestled in the mountains in Woodland Park. Stopped in here because the pictures of the food looked incredible. They did not disappoint. The food came out looking as good or better than the photos and tasted better than it looked by far. The best Reuben I’ve ever had and the pulled pork mac & cheese keeps you wanting more definitely don’t miss this place. If you’re in the area.

We dined here on a cold, cozy evening. Highly recommend the kimchi Reuben, the coconut shrimp basket! The smoked chicken wedge salad was good in its individual parts, but did seem like three separate meals put in one dish. Still good though!

This visit was our first time here. We were quickly greeted and sat - the service was very attentive and polite and really seems to appreciate it's customers. The pub is not spacious, but the quality of food, drinks, and service is huge! The atmosphere is one that you can relax and enjoy some of their awesome, well-made drinks. (Soundtrack was also awesome!) The menu isn't huge, but what they do have has been perfected. I am sure that no matter what you order, you won't be disappointed. We weren't.

If you are driving in the area, don’t miss the opportunity to try their food! The sandwiches were delicious! We tried the trout chowder and we loved it! The staff is very friendly. They also have table outside and plenty of parking right in front of the pub. Absolutely recommended!

So glad we found this spot as we were passing through Woodland Park! Busy on a Saturday at lunch time but still a couple tables open so no wait. There's both outdoor and indoor seating. Despite the amount of customers, service was still very attentive and friendly! The food was amazing. Trout chowder is not to be missed, there's trout in every bite. The menu items were so creative and the quality of the food was exceptional. Look forward to coming back again!

Definition a diamond in the rough. You wouldn't know from looking, but this place is a real jewel of flavor and terrific service. On a friends recommendation, we checked out Red Diamond Gastro on our recent visit to Woodland Park. We studied the menu before arriving and knew something was different here. It's not a large menu but that usually means what they do have is done well. The staff was so friendly and effervescent. Started with a great version of an old fashioned. Many unique flavors are paired for their drinks. Mine had me searching my taste buds for each hidden note! My wife had charred broccolini and I had the patty beef melt. They were each truly fantastic creations. Not to be forgotten was my side salad. Just wow! Healthy and delicious! I wanted to have dessert but I had will be looking forward to coming back to try the rest of the menu.
